Excluding holiday periods and specific requests, we commit to responding within a reasonable timeframe of 48 business hours.
4. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to:
- access to and use of the website;
- contracts concluded between the Agency and any individual or professional wishing to use our services (the “Client”).
The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions before any use or purchase of services.
5. Description of Services
We offer personalized, à la carte real estate search and relocation, rental, or purchase support services, including:
- analysis of your project and search criteria;
- property search;
- Managing communication and connecting you with agencies or property owners;
- Viewing selected properties;
- Assisting with administrative and logistical procedures.
Each service is subject to a personalized quote specifying:
- the detailed scope of the service;
- the price including VAT and payment terms;
- cancellation and refund conditions.
The cost of our services varies depending on the type of property sought and its complexity. Once the quote is accepted and payment is made, the service contract is formed.
6. Website Access and Consultation
Access to the website is free and open to all.
The website content (texts, images, documents) may only be used with our authorization.
7. Prices and Payment
The prices for services are those indicated in the quote accepted by the client.
Payment constitutes acceptance of the offer and formation of the contract.
Any applicable fees (e.g., bank charges) are the responsibility of the Client, unless otherwise stated in the quote.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Spanish regulations (distance or off-premises contracts), Clients have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without justification and without charge; unless:
- the service has been partially or fully performed with the Client’s express consent before the end of the period, or
- the Client has expressly waived this right after being informed.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify us of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the period by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The refund of sums paid will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notification.
9. Cancellation Policy
Each quote specifies the applicable cancellation conditions.
If the Client cancels a service:
- before the start of the service: a full or partial refund may apply according to the terms of the quote;
- after the start of the service: a processing fee proportional to the work performed will be retained to compensate for the time spent defining the search criteria, actively searching for properties, communicating with agencies, etc.
10. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the terms indicated in the quote or, failing that, within a maximum of 14 days after acceptance of the cancellation or withdrawal.
11. Responsibilities
We will make every reasonable effort to provide the services in accordance with the accepted quote.
However, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome in terms of property availability or acceptance by third parties.
12. Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for the management of the contract and the services provided, in compliance with Spanish and European data protection legislation.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of use and sale are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in the jurisdiction where the Agency’s registered office is located.
14. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The versions published on the website apply to any new contract concluded after their update.
