He searches for apartments for us, but having someone on the ground who speaks the language and conducts the viewings is a very valuable service and saves a lot of time.
Furthermore, once a viewing is approved, he contacts the agency and the owner to guide us through the process all the way to signing the lease.
He forwards the documents, and if there are any questions, he answers everything.
If thereâs a roadblockâwhether itâs needing a bank account in the country, an invalid French document, or any other issueâweâve faced many obstacles, and having him by our side is a huge advantage. So, of course, we signed the lease, and I have my long-term rental thanks to him.
